Our Buddhist Squirl
When we got home from our vacation, there were still some prayer flags left. I assume the squirl's nest is nicely padded now? Here's a few more pictures of our Buddhist Squirl:

Day 8 - Back in Venice
Time to say Goodbye........ We had to be out of our cabin by 07:30 AM while still cruising, that was a bit of a pain. So we had an early breakfast and enjoyed the approach to Venice from our breakfast table. Disembarkation was a timeconsuming something, but well organized. By the time we were allowed to check out, we were off the ship in no time. Our car was still in the car park just as we had left it there. And that was the end of our cruise! Just 7 more hours in the car and we would be home.......

Day 7 - Dubrovnik, Croatia
In Dubrovnik we were taught a lesson in "how to park your 293 meter cruiseship backwards into an available parkinglot in the harbour". Respect! In the harbour the ship made a 140° turn, then moved backwards and sidewards into its parking position. I was impressed.....
The other surprise was that we were parking right next to the world's third largest motor yacht (155 meter), the Al Said, owned by the Sultan of Oman. It was accompanied by it's supportship, the Fulk Al-Salamah (136 meter). No sign of the Sultan though, but the crew was busy scrubbing the helicopter deck.......
We took a shuttle bus into the old town of Dubrovnik, a 10 minute ride from our ship. Dubrovnik is beautiful and so clean, it is hard to imagine that only 20 years ago there was a war going on
