Day 5 - Istanbul, Turkey

ONE day on TWO continents!!!

Lousy day for pictures, all grey in grey, that is for the outdoor pictures. Made some colourful ones indoor at the old Egyptian or Spice Bazar. We started our day in Istanbul with a hop on hop off city tour, we did the full tour for two hours and then hopped off at the Hagia Sophia. Walking down the bazar district, we were surprised by a short but powerful local storm that put Istanbul's dust into our eyes and ears and everywhere. The Spice Bazar was partially occupied by a James Bond movie-set-crew, they seemed to have problems with the sudden storm, too. Inside the Spice Bazar it was most colorful, and a lovely smell in the air. Back at the ship we could see, from the balcony of our cabin, some delphins playing(?) in the water. There was at least one mother with her baby, so cute, but so difficult to make pictures!
